The Self Financing Programmes offered by the University shall be governed by Regulations Governing Self Financing Programme, 2023 and amendment made thereunder

This gazette notification establishes regulations governing self-financing programs offered at Jharkhand Central University under the Central Universities Act, 2009.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2) of Section 27 of the Central Universities Act, 2009 (25 of 2009), the Executive Council with the approval of the Visitor, hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the Central University of Jharkhand Statutes

Amends statutes of the Central University of Jharkhand regarding the composition of the Academic Council.
