NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20 January, 2025
F.No. CNC-II/093/1/112/2024-25/108 —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2)
and (3) of Section 29 of the Delhi University Act 1922 (VIII of 1922), the Executive Council, with the
approval of the Visitor, hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the Delhi University
Statutes, 1922, namely:-
1. Short Title and Commencement:
(i) These Statutes may be called as the Delhi University (Amendment) Statutes, 2025
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Delhi University Statute, 1922, in Statute 9-B, following shall be substituted:
