NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd October, 2025
S.O. 4850(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 396 of the
Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby establishes following Registrars of Companies in
the Ministry of Corporate Affairs mentioned in column (2) of the Table below having territorial jurisdiction as
specified in the corresponding column (3) of the Table below for the purpose of registration of Companies and
discharging the functions under the said Act, namely:-
