6294 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3890 ] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , SEPTEMBER 2 7, 2024 /ASVINA 5, 194 6 CG-DL-E-27092024-257554 MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th September, 2024 S.O. 4248 (E).— In pursuance of section 4 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, vide number S.O. 3745(E), dated the 22nd August, 2023, namely : - In the said notification, - (i) after serial number 33 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely: - “33A. Secretary to the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Department of Labour and Employment, Government of Arunachal Pradesh. 33B. Commissioner cum Secretary, Skills, Labour, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Government of Manipur.”; (ii) for serial number 39 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely : - “39. Shri Sridhar Rajagopalan, “Executive Committee Member of the Employers Federation of India & Chief Human Resource Officer -Global -HR-Automotive Robotics Private Limited; Chennai (Tamilnadu);”; (iii) for serial number 41 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely : - “41. Mr. Michael Dias, Secretary, The Employers Association, Delhi Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry 54, Kailash Kunj Apartments, Greater Kailash -I, New Delhi -110048."; (iv) in serial number 52, for the entry “Congress” the entry “Centre” shall be substituted; (v) for serial number 54 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: - “54. Dr. Sarada ota, Assistant Director or Scientist 4 (Ayurveda), Central Ayurveda Research Institute, Bharatpur, Bhubaneswar -751003.”; (vi) for serial numbers 56 and 57 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely: - “56. Shri Praveen Khandelwal, C-89, Ground Floor, Anand Niketan, Moti Bagh, South West Delhi -110021. 57. Shri N.K. Premachandran, 40 Canning Lane, New Delhi -110001.” 2.
