Paragraph 10 is revised to state the scheme outlay as Rs. 778 crore, and paragraph 19 sets the administrative/IEC outlay at Rs. 8.35 crore. Paragraph 29 confirms the scheme is fund-limited, with total payouts capped at Rs. 778 crore and closure of the scheme or sub-components if funds are exhausted before 30 September 2024. Annexure-IV is amended to set incentives at Rs. 5,000 per kWh, capped at Rs. 10,000 per e-2W (maximum ex-factory price Rs. 1.5 lakh), Rs. 25,000 per e-Rickshaw/e-Cart (maximum ex-factory price Rs. 2.5 lakh), and Rs. 50,000 per e-3W L5 vehicle (maximum ex-factory price Rs. 5 lakh), with incentives further capped at 15% of the ex-factory price. In partial modification of the Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme -2024 which was notified by the Ministry of Heavy Industries vide S.O.1334(E) dated 13th March 2024, the following amendments are made with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette: 2. Paragraph 4 shall be read as follows: The Electric Mobility Promotion Scheme-2024, with an outlay of Rs.778 crore, is proposed to be implemented over a period of 6 months, w.e.f. 1st April 2024 till 30th September 2024, for faster adoption of electric two wheeler (e-2W) and three wheeler (e-3W) to provide further impetus to the green mobility and development of electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing eco-system in the country. 3. At paragraph 10, the revised scheme outlay shall be read as Rs.778 crore. 5. At paragraph 19, the outlay for Administration of Scheme including IEC shall be read as Rs.8.35 crore. 6. Paragraph 29 shall be amended as follows: This is a fund limited scheme. Total payout under the scheme shall be limited to the scheme outlay of Rs.778 crore. In case the funds for the Scheme or its relevant sub- components are exhausted prior to 30th September 2024, then the Scheme or its relevant sub-components will be closed accordingly i.e. no further claims will be entertained. 7.
