The substituted duty table entries specify countervailing duty amounts for Digital Offset Printing Plates: 0.63 USD per SQM for imports from China PR (produced by Chongqing Huafeng Di Jet Printing Material Co., Ltd.), 1.16 USD per SQM for imports from any other country exported from China PR (any producer other than at Serial No. (1) to (6)), and 0.21 USD per SQM for imports from Taiwan (any producer) or exported from Taiwan (any producer).
