L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-27062024-254994 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 329] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JUNE 27, 2024/ASHADHA 6, 1946 3810 GI/2024 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th June, 2024 No. 26/2024-Customs G.S.R. 352(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (12) of section 3, of Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 19/2019- Customs, dated the 6th July, 2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 476 (E), dated the 6th July, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures "2024" the figures "2029" shall be substituted.
