New Delhi, the 25th May, 2024
O.N. 126(E). In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the
People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission, hereby, appoints the officers of the Government specified in
Column (2) of the Table below, as the Assistant Returning Officers, in addition to the existing Assistant Returning
Officers notified vide Commission's Notification No. 434/UP-HP/2023(1), dated 20th October, 2023, as amended
from time to time, to assist the Returning Officers of the Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Uttar Pradesh, as
specified in the Column (1) of the said Table, for the execution of their works with respect to the counting of votes for
the ongoing General Elections from the Parliamentary Constituencies mentioned in Column (1) of the Table:-
