O.N. 79(E).—In pursuance of the provisions contained in Sub -sections (1) and (2) of Section 13AA of the
Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), and in supersession of its Notification No. 508/GJ/2008 dated
12th May, 2008 and No. 508/GJ/2013 dated 10th October, 2013 the Election Commission of India, in consultation
with the State Gove rnment, hereby designates the officer of the State Government specified in Column (2) of the
Table below as the District Election Officer of the District in the state of Gujarat specified in Column (1) of the said
Table against such officer: -
