NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th September, 2025
S.O. 4351(E).— In pursuance of section 10 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of
1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, issued vide number S.O. 2120(E),
dated the 15th June, 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii) dated the 15th June, 2016, namely:-
In the said notification,-
(i) under the heading Members (Appointed by the State Government concerned under clause (d) of sub-
section (1) of section 10),-
(a) For serial number 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and
entries shall be substituted, namely :
"12. The Director of Family Welfare, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of
Arunachal Pradesh, Naharlagun-791110",
(b) after serial number 25 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and
entries shall be inserted, namely:-
"25A. The Deputy Labour Commissioner, Manipur.
25B. The Administrative Medical Officer, Employees' State Insurance Scheme, Meghalaya
25C. The Director, Labour, Employment, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Department,
Government of Mizoram.
25D. The Joint Labour Commissioner and CEO, Employees' State Insurance Scheme, Nagaland
25E.The Additional Labour Commissioner-Cum-Director, Employees' State Insurance Scheme,
Labour Department, Government of Sikkim.
25F. The Director, Insurance Medical Services, Hyderabad, Telangana.
25G. The Labour Commissioner, Labour Directorate, Shrama Bhawan, Office Lane, Agartala, West
Tripura, Government of Tripura".
(ii) under the heading, MEMBERS (Appointed by the Central Government under clause (g) of sub-section
(1) of section 10 in consultation with organisations of medical practitioners recognised by the Central
Government for the purpose), after serial number 33 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
"34. Dr. Jyoti Bali
Indian Medical Association (Headquarters)
