NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th August, 2023
G.S.R. 622(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949
(38 of 1949), read with rule 8 of the Chartered Accountants Procedures of Meetings of Quality Review Board, and
Terms and Conditions of Service and allowances of the Chairperson and members of the Board Rules, 2006 the
Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the not ification of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (i),
vide number G.S.R. 38 (E), dated the 19th January, 2011, namely: -
2. In the said notification, for serial numbers (7), (8), (9), (10) and (11) and the entries relating thereto, the
following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely: -
