Under Notification S.O. 3384(E) issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, on July 23, 2025, the Central Government has appointed Shri Parshant Kumar Goyal, who serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Financial Services, as a Part-time Member of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA). This appointment, made in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) Act, 2013, is effective immediately. The tenure for this appointment will be for the duration of Shri Goyal's present appointment or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.
