L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-24042024-253846 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1691] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24, 2024/VAISAKHA 4, 1946 MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th April, 2024 S.O. 1778(E). - Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs vide number S.O. 2065 (E) dated the 25th June, 2019 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 25th June, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) the Central Government made alteration to the metro alignment of Pune Metro Line-3 Hinjewadi- Shivajinagar in respect of Pune Metropolitan Area; And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that further alteration is necessary for the construction and maintenance of the Metro Railways to which this alignment relates; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 32 of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the said notification, namely:- In the said notification,- (a) In the table, - (i) for the words and figure "Pune Metro Line-3-Hinjewadi-Shivajinagar", the words and figure "Pune Metro Line-3- Maan-Hinjewadi-Shivajinagar" shall be substituted; (ii) for the words "Civil Court", the words "District Court, Pune" shall be substituted. (b) In the Schedule, - (i) for the words, figure and brackets "Pune Metro Line-3 (Hinjewadi-Shivajinagar)", the words, figure and brackets "Pune Metro Line-3 (Maan-Hinjewadi-Shivajinagar)" shall be substituted; (ii) for the words "CIVIL COURT", the words "District Court, Pune" shall be substituted.
