In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to consider the Grant of exemption to Suliyari Coal Block of 5 MTPA of Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited under section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 against Notification No. S.O. 2063 dated 21.06.1988 in respect of employment of Contract Labour in the works at serial no. 1 to 3 given in the schedule to the said Notification. 2. The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under: - 1. Shri Surendra Kumar Pandey, -Chairman Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Qutr. 107 Po-Vishrampur Koliyari, District- Surajpur, Chhatisgarh. 2. Shri Ranjay Kumar, -Member Qr. No. 6117, Sector-4/F, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand-827004. 3. Shri Shiv Kumar Yadav, -Member President, Koyala Shramik Sabha, WCL Headquarter, Civil Lines, Coal Estate Nagpur-440018. 4. Executive Director Establishment (Labour Laws), -Member Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), Room No. 369, Rail Bhawan, New Delhi – 110001. 5. Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) -Member Convener Jabalpur. 3. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be as follows: - "To study whether there is justification for grant exemption to Coal Mining Projects at Suliyari Coal Block Block of 5 MTPA of Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited in the works specified in the schedule to the notification No. S.O. 2063 dated 21.06.1988 at serial no. 1 to 3 against Notification No. S.O. 2063 dated 21.06.1988 prohibiting of employment of Contract Labour in the works given in the schedule (Sl. No. 1 to 5) to the said Notification." 4. The Headquarters of the Committee will be at Jabalpur. The Committee shall submit its report within two months.
