In the said notification, - (a) under the heading, Members (Appointed by th e Central Government under clause (b) of section 8), for serial numbers 3 and 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely: - “3. Dr. Vijay Singh Chauhan, Orthopaedic Surge on Chairman and Managing Director, Prakash hospital, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. 4. Dr. Lalit Dar, Professor and Head of Department, Department of Microb iology, All India Institute of Medical and Science, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi -110029.”; (b) under the heading, Members (Members of the Corporation representing the three State Governments under clause (bb) of section 8), for serial num bers 5 and 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be respectively substituted, namely: - “5. Principal Secretary to the Government of Madhya Pradesh, Labour Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. 7. Principal Secretary to the Government of Uttarakhand, Labour and Employment Department, Government of Uttarakhand.”; (c) under the heading, Members (Elected by the Corporation under sub -clause (ii) of clause (c) of section 8), for serial numbers 8, 9 and 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be respectively substituted, namely: - “ 8.
