No. QA-12012/8/2021-QA-FSSAI.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 43 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby makes the following amendment in the notification number S.O. number 3648 (E) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th December, 2016, namely: - In the table, 1. In 'D' related to EASTERN REGION, (1) under West Bengal, (a) at serial number 3, in column (1) and respective entries in column (2) & (3) of the row shall be deleted; (b) at serial number 12, in column (1) and respective entries in column (2) & (3) of the row shall be deleted.
