Detailed Summary

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, through this notification dated 23rd April, 2025, announces the appointment of Shri Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh, IP&TA&FS (1992) (Retd.), as the Director General & Chief Executive Officer of the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. This appointment is made by the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub rule (iii) of Rule 7 of the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs Society Rules. The appointment is effective from the forenoon of 21st April, 2025. The tenure of appointment will be for a period of 5 years, or until Shri Singh attains the age of 65 years, or until further orders are issued by the government, whichever event occurs earliest.
