NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th February, 2026
S.O. 950(E).— Whereas, M/s. ASF Insignia SEZ Pvt. Ltd (formerly M/s. Canton Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.), had
proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said
Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology
Enabled Services at Village Gwal Pahari, Gurugram in the State of Haryana;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, notified the following areas at above
Special Economic Zone as details given below in the table:-

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. ASF Insignia SEZ Pvt. Ltd has now proposed for de-notification of 0.2760 hectares
from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Haryana has given its approval to the proposal vide Memo No.
SEZ/ M/s ASF Insignia SEZ Pvt. Ltd./ 4565-A dated 23rd May, 2025. Further, after de-notification, the land parcels
would be utilized toward creation of infrastructure which would sub-serve the objective of the SEZ as originally
envisaged;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Noida Special Economic Zone has recommended the
proposal for de-notification of an area of 0.2760 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section
3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the Central
Government hereby de-notifies an area of 0.2760 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 14.5545 hectares. The
survey numbers and the area for de-notification are given below in the table, namely:-
