In terms of Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, an "Internal Complaints Committee" was constituted vide Notification No.F.7/52/2009-VU/GN-9466/2022 dated 23.09.2022. The tenure of the Committee, comprising the following Members, which was earlier extended till 25.01.2024 vide Notification No.GN-9845/2023 dated 21.12.2023, is now extended for a further one month period w.e.f. 25.01.2024 (till 25.02.2024) or until further orders, whichever is earlier:- (i) Smt.
