In the said notification, for serial number 2 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: — “2. Shri Rakesh Tiwari, - Member;” Director (L egal and Prosecution ), Ministry of Corporate Affair s, 3. This Notification shall take effect on the date of publication in the Official Gazette. [F.
