The Central Advisory Board comprises a Chairperson (Minister, Labour and Employment), a Member Secretary (Joint Secretary, Wage Division, Ministry of Labour and Employment), and members including the Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministries of Labour and Employment and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Additionally, it includes Principal Secretaries from the Labour Departments of the Governments of Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Assam. Employer representatives include Ms. Anju Bajaj (Laghu Udyog Bharti), Mr. Lohit Bhatia (Confederation of Indian Industry), Mr. Saurabh Gandhi (Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India), and Ms. Savita Shivshankar (AIOE, Council of Indian Employers). Employee representatives include Mr. Pawan Kumar (Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh), Mr. Harbhajan Singh Sidhu (Hind Mazdoor Sabha), Ms. Manali Shah (Self-Employed Women's Association), and Ms. Mili Oraon (United Trade Union Congress).
