In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai and Debts Recovery Tribunals at Ernakulam, Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore and Bangalore Recruitment Rules, 2018, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. —(1) These rules may be called the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai and Debts Recovery Tribunals at Ernakulam, Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore and Bangalore Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai and Debts Recovery Tribunals at Ernakulam, Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore and Bangalore Recruitment Rules, 2018,- (a) in the First Schedule, against Serial Number 10 relating to the post of Stenographer Grade-II,- (i)under column (8), for the existing entry, the entry "1" shall be substituted; (ii) under column (12), for the existing entry, the entry "1" shall be substituted; (iii)under column (13), for the existing entry, the entry "10" shall be substituted; (b) in the Second Schedule, against Serial Number 10 relating to the post of Stenographer Grade- II, under column (2) for the existing entry, the entry "10*(2024)" shall be substituted. In the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi and Debts Recovery Tribunals at Chandigarh, Delhi and Jaipur Recruitment Rules, 2018,- (a) in the First Schedule, against Serial Number 10 relating to the post of Stenographer Grade-II, - (i) under column (5), for the existing entry, the entry "1" shall be substituted; (ii) under column (11), for the existing entry, the entry "8" shall be substituted; (b) in the Second Schedule, against Serial Number 10 relating to the post of Stenographer Grade-II, under column (2) for the existing entry, the entry "08*(2024)” shall be substituted. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai and Debts Recovery Tribunals at Aurangabad, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune and Nagpur Recruitment Rules, 2018, - (a) in the First Schedule, against Serial Number 10 relating to the post of Stenographer Grade-II'- (i) under column (5), for the existing entry, the entry “1” shall be substituted; (ii) under column (12), for the existing entry, the entry "9" shall be substituted; (b) in the Second Schedule, against Serial Number 10 relating to the post of Stenographer Grade- II, under column (2) for the existing entry, the entry "09*(2024)” shall be substituted.
