For Flexituff Ventures International Limited (IEC No. 1194001645) and two others, concerning show cause notice F.No. CUS/LIC/AA/390/2025-ADJN-O/0 COMMR-CUS-INDORE dated May 23, 2025 (read with Corrigendum/Addendum dated August 4, 2025), the Principal Commissioner of Customs/Commissioner of Customs Hqrs, B-Zone, Indore-452001 (MP) is appointed. For another case with show cause notice No. 14/Commr./NOIDA/CUS/2025-26 dated July 21, 2025 (issued July 22, 2025, read with Corrigendum under C.No. VIII(30) CUS/Noida/ICD-DD/DRI/Flexiturff/13/2025 dated July 31, 2025), the Commissioner of Customs, Noida Customs Commissionerate, Greater Noida, UP - 201311, is appointed. For Flexituff International Ltd. and two others, concerning show cause notice No. 57/2025/Gr. 2G/ADC/ICD/IMP/TKD dated May 9, 2025 (issued May 13, 2025, read with Corrigendum under F.No. CUS/APR/ SCN/739/2025-Gr2 dated July 31, 2025), the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs (Gr.2G), Office of the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Import), Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi - 110020, is appointed. This notification comes into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
