The Ministry of Labour and Employment issued Notification S.O. 5321(E) on November 21, 2025. In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government appointed November 21, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of the said Code shall come into force.
