Specifically, for Sl.No.2, line 9, 'section 15' is now to be read as 'section 15, except the provisions of the Code specified at serial number (i) of S.O.2060(E), dated the 3rd May, 2023'. For Sl.No.3, line 10, 'section 16' is amended to include exceptions for provisions specified at serial numbers (ii), (iii) and (iv) of S.O.2060(E), dated the 3rd May, 2023. Similarly, for Sl.No.7, line 14, 'sub-section (1) of section 164' now includes an exception for provisions specified at serial number (vi) of S.O.2060(E), dated the 3rd May, 2023. Finally, for Sl.No.8, line 15, 'sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 164' are amended to include exceptions for provisions specified at serial number (vii) of S.O.2060(E), dated the 3rd May, 2023.
