AND WHEREAS , the substance of the said notificat ion for inviting objections from publ ic thereby was published in daily newspapers namely “Dainik Jagran” and “Hindustan ”, dated 5th December , 2022 under sub - section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; AND WHEREAS , no objections were received from the public in respect of the said notificatio n within the specified period; AND WHEREAS , in pursuance o f sub -section (1) of se ction 20E of the said Act, the competent a uthority has submitted its report to the Central Government; NOW THEREFORE , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1), a nd in pursuance of sub - section (2), of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government, - (i) upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, hereby declares that the lands specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the afore said purpose; and (ii) hereby decl ares that on publication of this notification, the lands specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely upon it free from all encumbrances.
