New Delhi, the 13th August, 2025
S.O. 3805(E).—The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with
sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the
following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce,
number S.O. 613 (E) dated 07.02.2023 for inclusion of new members in Cochin SEZ Authority, namely:—
In the said notification, the entry at Sl. No. 5 and 6 which reads as under: -
