Detailed Summary

The Central Government, Ministry of Ayush, through notification G.S.R. 324(E) dated 19th May, 2025, exercises powers conferred by section 11 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020 (14 of 2020) to further amend notification G.S.R. 666(E) dated 22nd September, 2021, published in the Gazette of India on 27th September, 2021. The amendments are made in paragraph (3) of the said notification. Under the heading “A. Nominees of the State”, a new entry is inserted after Serial number 8, adding Serial number 9 for Maharashtra, nominating Dr. Milind Babarao. Under the heading "B. Nominees of Union Territories", Serial number 1 and its entries are substituted, nominating Dr. M.B. Gaur for Delhi. The principal notification G.S.R. 666(E) was published on 27th September, 2021, and was latest amended by G.S.R. 597(E) dated 10th August, 2023. The notification is issued under F. No. Y-18011/4/2020-EP-III and signed by SATYAJIT PAUL, Dy. Director General.

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-20052025-263245 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 281] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2025/VAISAKHA 30, 1947 MINISTRY OF AYUSH NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th May, 2025 G.S.R. 324(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020 (14 of 2020), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Ayush, number G.S.R. 666(E), dated the 22nd September, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 27th September, 2021, namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph (3),- (i) under the heading “A.
