NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th March, 2025
S.O. 1322(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Rubber Act, 1947
(24 of 1947), read with rules 3 and 4 of the Rubber Rules, 1955, the Central Government hereby appoints the
following persons as members of the Rubber Board for the period mentioned against their names and for that purpose
makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce
and Industry, Department of Commerce number S.O. 2980(E), dated the 30th June, 2022, namely:-
In the said notification,-
(a) for serial numbers 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be
substituted, namely :-
"2.

(He shall hold the office upto 16th January, 2028)";

(b) for serial numbers 4 and 5, and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and the entries shall be
