NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th March, 2025
S.O. 1321(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Coffee Act, 1942
(7 of 1942) read with rule 3 and sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Coffee Rules, 1955, the Central Government hereby
appoints the following Members of Lok Sabha as members of the Coffee Board for a period of three years from the
date of publication of this notification and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number
S.O.4256(E), dated the 13th September 2022, namely:—
In the said notification, for serial numbers 1 and 2, and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
numbers and the entries shall respectively be substituted, namely :-
"1. Adv. Dean Kuriakose,
Member of Parliament,
Lok Sabha Member;
2. Shri Kota Srinivasa Poojary,
Member of Parliament,
Lok Sabha Member;"
