6024 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3679 ] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY , SEPTEMBER 19, 2024 /BHADRA 28 , 194 6 CG-DL-E-19092024-257257 " MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th September, 2024 S.O 4018 (E).—Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs vide number S.O.2813 (E), dated the 18th September, 20 13, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii), dated the 19th September, 2013, the Central Government added the metro alignment of Mumbai Metro Line -3 in respect of the metropolitan area of Mumbai to the Schedule of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act); And whereas, on the request of the Governme nt of Maharashtra, the Central Government hereby considers it necessary to rename certain metro stations of the said Mumbai Metro Line -3; Now, therefore, in exercise of of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 32 of the said Act, the Central G overnment hereby makes the following amendment in the Schedule to the said Act, namely: - 2. In the Schedule to the said Act, for the Mumbai Metro Line -3 (Colaba -Bandra -SEEPZ) in respect of the metropolitan area of Mumbai, the following shall be substituted , namely: - Mumbai Metro Line - 3 (Colaba -Bandra - SEEPZ) Corridor Cuffe Parade – Vidhan Bhavan – Churchgate Metro – Hutatma Chowk – Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Metro – Kalbadevi – Girgaon – Grant Road Metro – Jagannath Shankar Sheth Metro – Mahalaxmi Metro – Science Centre – Acharya Atre Chowk – Worli – Siddhivinayak – Dadar Metro – Shitala Devi Mandir – Dharavi – Bandra -Kurla Complex – Bandra Colony – Santacruz Metro – Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport -T1 – Sahar Road – Chhatrapati Shi vaji Maharaj International Airport -T2 – Marol Naka – MIDC -Andheri – SEEPZ – Aarey JVLR.
