NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th April, 2025
G.S.R. 235(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10B of the Cost
Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959), and in pursuance of rule 3 of the Cost and Works Accountants (Election
Tribunal) Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment further to amend the
notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 787 (E), dated the 15th October, 2015,
namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number (ii) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"(ii) Shri Manoj Kumar Sahu,
Director (Inspection and Investigation),
O/o Director General of Corporate Affairs,
Kota House Annexe, 1, Shahjahan Road,
New Delhi-110011.
Member;"
2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
