(1) These rules may be called the Government of India ( Allocation of Business) (Three Hundred and Seventy - first Amendment) Rul es, 2023 . (2) They shall come into force at once. 2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND SCHEDULE ,- (a) under the heading “ MINISTRY OF ELECTRONICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (ELECTRONIKI AUR SOOCHANA PRAUDYOGIKI MANTRALAYA) ”, for entry ‘2A. Promotion of Digital Transactions including Digital Payments .’, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: - “2A. Promotion of Digi tal Transactions excluding Digital Payments.” ; (b) under the heading “MINISTRY OF FINANCE (VITTA MANTRALAYA) ”, under sub -heading “E. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES (VITTIYA SEWAYEN VIBHAG) ”, after entry 8, the following entry shall be inserted, namely :- “8A. Promotion of Digital Payments .”. DROUPADI MURMU , PRESIDENT ———— [F.
