The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under: - 1. Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) -Member Convener Nagpur, Maharashtra. 3. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be as follows: - "1. To study the working of contract laobur system in the job/works of Electric Maintenance, Electrical operator, A/C maintenance, Generator operator, maintenance & up-keepment of the exchange day today work, underground cable maintenance, cable jointer, line-maintenance, Data Entry Operator, Board Band Maintenance line fault, Cleaning and Dusting, Security Guard, Tower Maintenance, Line Men, Helper in establishment of BSNL at Yavatmal Maharashtra of which abolition of contract labour system has been sought. 2. The committee has to make suitable recommendation whether or not the employment of contract laobur in job/work mentioned above in serial no. 1, be prohibited keeping in view of provision of Section-10 of Contract Laobur (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970." 3.
