The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under:- 1. To study the working of contract laobur system in the job/works of manufacturing process of various type of Railway passenger Coaches in the establishment of RCF, Kapurthala, for which abolition of contract laobur system has been sought by the union. 2. The committee has to make suitable recommendation whether or not the employment of contract laobur in manufacturing process of various type of Railway Passenger Coaches in the establishment of RCF Kapurthala, be prohibited keeping in view of the provision of Section 10 of contract (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970." 4.
