In exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) of Section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974) and in supersession of the Notification G.S.R. No. 173 (E) dated 13th March, 2025 of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes the Advisory Board for a period of one year, consisting of :- (i) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani - Chairperson (ii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anish Dayal - Member (iii) Hon'ble Mr. Justice Tejas Karia - Member 2.
