NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th February, 2025
S.O. 857(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Agricultural and Processed
Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985 (2 of 1986), read with rule 3 of the Agricultural and
Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes
the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of
Commerce number S.O. 486 (E), dated the 12th August, 1986, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial numbers 4, 5 and 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following
serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:-
Appointed under clause (d) of sub-section (4) of section 4:
