NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th January, 2025
S.O. 323(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 (1) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals
Act, 1960 (59 of 1960), and in supersession of the notification issued vide S.O. 4595(E) dated 2nd November,
2021published in Part II- Section3- Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India, except as respect things done or omitted to
be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes a Committee consisting of the following
persons as its Members, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:
