New Delhi, the 10th September, 2024
G.S.R. 647(E). In supersession of previous Gazette notification vide G.S.R No. 675 (E) dated
29th September, 2021 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 33-F and Sub-section (2) of
the Section 20 Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940), the Central Government hereby appoints
Dr. S.C. Verma, Principal Scientific Officer
(Chemistry ) and Dr. Jayanthy A, Principal Scientific Officer
(Pharmacognosy), Pharmacopoeia Commission for India Medicine & Homoeopathy (PCIM&H), Ghaziabad as
Government Analyst for the whole of India in respect of Ayurvedic, Siddha, Unani and Homeopathy drugs in accordance
with the qualification prescribed under Rule 165 of the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
