L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-17102024-257982 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 586] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2024/ ASHVINA 23, 1946 MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th October, 2024 G.S.R.642(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10B of the Cost Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959), and in pursuance of rule 3 of the Cost and Works Accountants (Election Tribunal) Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 741(E), dated the 16th October, 2023, namely:- In the said notification, for serial number (i) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:- “(i) Dr. Anju Rathi Rana, Additional Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs, Room No. 408(A), 4th Floor, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi Presiding officer;”. 2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Note.- The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part- II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide G.S.R. 741 (E), dated the 16th October, 2023. [F.
