L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 590] NEW DELH I, MONDAY , OCTOBER 16 , 2023/ ASVINA 24, 1945 CG-DL-E-17102023-249486 MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16 th October, 2023 G.S.R. 743(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 10B of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959), and in pursuanc e of rule 3 of the Cost and Works Accountants (Election Tribunal) Rules, 2006, the Central Governme nt hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of I ndia, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (i), vide number G.S.R. 787(E), dated the 15th October, 2015, namely: - In the said notification, for serial number (ii) and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be subs tituted, namely: - “(ii) Shri Manish Goswami, Advisor (Cost), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. ” 2.
