L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3522] NEW DEL HI, THURS DAY , AUGUST 1 7, 2023/ SHRAVANA 26, 1945 CG-DL-E-17082023-248169 175 191 0.069 श्री 185, 186, 187 और 188 202, 203 और 188, 189, 190, 231, 209, 208, 847, 207 और 59, 198, 200 और 825 192 0.482 193 0.155 194 0.020 195 0.046 196 0.060 0.143 (0.192 201 0.443 205 0.544 206 0.073 MINISTRY OF CULTURE (ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY OF INDIA) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th August , 202 3 S.O. 3681 (E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Culture (Archaeological Survey of India) number S.O. 2162(E), dated the 0 5th May, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii), dated the 0 6th May, 2023, the Central Government gave two months' notice of its intention to declare the Kapiles war Temple, Kapiles war, District Khurda, State Odisha specified in the Site Plan and the Schedule annexed to the said notification to be an ancient monument of national importance and a copy of the said notification was affixed in a conspicuous place near the said Kapiles war Temple, as required by sub section ( 1) of section 4 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958 (24 of 1958) ; And whereas, copies of the aforesaid notification were made available to the public on the 06th May, 2023; And whereas, no objection has been received from the public to the making of such declar ation by the Central Government; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 3) of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the Kapileshwar Temple, District Khurda, State Odisha , specified in the schedule and site plan annexed hereto, to be an ancient monument of national importance.
