This follows a two-month notice of intention issued via Notification S.O. 458 (E) dated January 30, 2026, as required by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act. Copies of the previous notification were made available to the public on January 30, 2026, and no objections were received. The protected area covers a total of 24.22 acres, owned by the Government, encompassing Revenue Survey numbers 235 Part (4.28 Acre) and 131/1 Part (19.94 Acre). The boundaries are defined as: North by State Government office buildings (Survey No. 235) and Road; South by Survey No. 178; East by Canal (Survey No. 131/2) and Road; and West by Temple, residential school, residential plots (Survey No. 131/1) and Road.
