Detailed Summary

The Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 8, read with Section 9 of the National Dairy Development Board Act, 1987 (37 of 1987), hereby extends the entrustment of the additional charge of the post of Chairman, National Dairy Development Board to Shri Meenesh C. Shah, who is the Managing Director of the Board. The extension is for a further period of one year, effective from 01.01.2025, or until a regular appointment is made to the post, or until further orders, whichever event occurs earliest. This notification, S.O. 2172(E) dated 15th May, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying (Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying), makes an amendment to the previous Notification S.O. 5373(E) dated 05.12.2024.
