This is subject to terms and conditions of permission granted to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology vide OM F. No. 13(5)/2023-EG-II, dated November 11, 2025, in terms of Rule 5 of the Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation, Knowledge) Rules, 2020. DDA may require Aadhaar Authenticaton through OTP on a voluntary basis for the purpose of identification and authentication of the citizens and employees, subject to the terms and conditions of the permission granted to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India through the competent authority of the Government of India (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) vide OM F.
