Specifically, for serial number 11 and its related entries, the 'Director, Central Water and Power Research Station, Pune, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India' is substituted as 'Member, ex-officio'. Furthermore, in serial number 13, for item (ii) and its related entries, 'Prof. Yogendra Singh, Department of Earthquake Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee' is substituted as 'Member'.
