Subject: Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Linear Alkyl Benzene” (LAB) originating
in or exported from Iran and Qatar.
F. No. 6/05/2024-DGTR.—Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time
to time (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and
Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as
amended from time to time (hereinafter referred as the "Anti-Dumping Rules" or "the Rules") thereof, the
serial no. 1 and 4 of column 5 in the duty table in para 141 of the Final Findings dated 26th March, 2025 in
the matter of Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Linear Alkyl Benzene” (LAB) originating
in or exported from Iran and Qatar issued by the Designated Authority is substituted as “Any country
including Iran” and “Any country including Qatar" respectively.
