Notification S.O. 2210(E) issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 14th May, 2025. In exercise of powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021 (33 of 2021), the Central Government appoints Justice N Sesha Sayee and Justice Mohammad Faiz Alam Khan as Judicial Members in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. The appointment is for a period of four years from the date of assumption of office, or till attaining the age of sixty-seven years, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-16052025-263163 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2159] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, MAY 16, 2025/VAISAKHA 26, 1947 MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th May, 2025 S.O. 2210(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021 (33 of 2021), the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as Judicial Members in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal for a period of four years from the date of assumption of office by such member, or till attaining the age of sixty-seven years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest, namely:- (1) Justice N Sesha Sayee- Judicial Member; (2) Justice Mohammad Faiz Alam Khan- Judicial Member.
