New Delhi, the 14th May, 2025
S.O. 2213(E).— The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with
sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following
amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number
S.O.2938(E) dated 30.06.2023, for inclusion of new members in KASEZ Authority with effect from 30.06.2025,
namely:
In the said notification, the entry at Sl. No. 5 and 6 which reads as under:
