2025 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1352] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , MARCH 15, 2024 /PHALGUNA 25, 1945 CG-DL-E-16032024-253106 MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th March , 2024 S.O. 1418(E).—In pursuance of section 10 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment, issued vide number S.O. 2120(E), dated the 15th June, 2016, publish ed in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii) dated the 15th June, 2016, namely: - In the said notification, - (i) under the heading, MEMBERS, (Appointed by the Central Government under clause (e) of sub -section (1) of Section 10) in consultation with organizations of employers recognized by the Central Government for the purpose, for serial numbers 26, 27 and 28 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be respectively substituted, namely: - “26. Dr. Jatinder Singh Assistant Secretary General PHDCCI 4/2 Sri Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg New Delhi -110016. 27.
